Fuse panel under hood and what each location does, diagram needed?

I have the car listed above was my most dependable car always started right up and idled perfect no matter how long it sat in any type of weather. That is until I took it to a dealership body shop to get an estimate on fixing some damage on right front fender. I'm pretty sure the lot boy went to jump start the car and you could see a burnt spot on the positive post like he hooked them up backwards and it would not hardly start and if it did start you had to keep it floored to keep it running. I am needing to find out what each spot in the panel under the hood is designated for because I have four spots in that panel that have no power to the fuses. I want to try to determine what they blew out.
