FUSE #1 HAS A DISCOLORED TAB HOLDING IT. THE PRESENT FUSE IS GOOD. I WANT TO REMOVE THE COVER FOR INSPECTION. WITH THE LATCHES RELEASED, THERE IS JUST ENOUGH SPACE TO LIFT IT. IT DOES NOT PULL FORWARD. Q: IS THERE A WAY TO RELEASE THE WHOLE PANEL SO I CAN SEE IF THERE'S WIRE DAMAGE UNDERNEATH? I ALSO WANT TO REMOVE THE DUAL CONTACT RELAY FOR INSPECTION. THERES NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR ACCESS. ITS RUN BY FUSE #1 AND IS MY NEXT DIAGNOSTIC STEP. THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FAN CLUTCH ON THE WATERPUMP PULLEY HAS EPOXY APPLIED TO IT. THERE IS AN UPDATED WATER PUMP AND MAGNET ON THERE ALREADY. SEEING THEY EPOXIED IT MADE ME TRACE THE CIRCUIT BACK TO THE FUSE PANEL. I SEE METAL HAS BEEN HOT AT THE FUSE FOR THE FIELD MAGNET IN THE RELAY. SO HOW DO I GET THE FUSE PANEL OUT FOR INSPECTION? OR THE COVER OUT WITHOUT BREAKING IT?
