Fuse OBD2 port not working?

OBD2 port fuse location port not working, also car cranks the shuts off after 4 or 5 seconds?

There are two fuses that run the OBD2 port which are fuse # 10 and 12 in the fuse panel behind the left side of the dash. here is a guide to help you test the fuse and check for power and I have included the OBD2 port wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
