Code P0145

my check engine light has been on for a few months. it came on after I had checked some fuses (not sure what I did to cause the engine light to come on) Cars running great haven't had any issues. took it to AutoZone to see what code displayed P0145 which I believe it said the engine would be sluggish and bad gas mileage but this has never happened, though I can't clear the code' how can i clear the code? someone said to remove the 7.5A fuse for the clock.

The code will not clear because the issue is active and requires 3 consecutive trips with no issue to clear or it is no longer active.
