Radio and gear shift area lights will not work

I found the fuse box in my car. I suspect a fuse is the issue, however I cannot find a diagram that matches my fuse box.

I attached what I have. If you look at the last pic, that is the fuse from my wiring schematic for instrument illumination (interior lights). Let me know if it helps or if you have questions.
