When I turn on my car the word fuse is blinking and making chirping sound on my dash. I have never seen this word come up before. Any idea?

If the light is flashing and chiming at the same time, check the IOD fuse. It is in the power distribution box under the hood. in a special retainer. This fuse controls the flow of power for the "Ignition Off Drain" by components such as a clock, PCM. If bad, it can cause this code.
