My 2004 L 300 Saturn 2wd v-6, drivers side electric seat moves in one function-back tilt, but not forward/backward or up/down. Have replaced the 2 20amp fuses. Old fuses show no break in side the yellow casing. No burn marks or corrosion on the connectors. 75,000 miles. Plastic panel between door and seat came off before the seat malfunctioned.

Did u check the pwr drivers seat fuse 20 amp in the right hand fuse box?To remove the seat u have to take that little seat belt cover belt cover off and remove the bolt hold the belt to the frame it's a torx bolt. Then u have to move the seat forward to get to the rear torx hold down bolts on the frame there's two. Then the front of the seat just hooks into the body of the car so u just pull it backwards and remove it.

I found the problem. The moulding on seat had come loose and dust, cloth fibers and other stuff was inside the switch. I took it apart and cleaned it. Now it works fine. Thank you for your time.

You welcome glad to hear you got it fixed.I have seen a lot of those trim panels come loose. You can reattach the panel by using a washer under the screw that attaches the panel from the underside of the seat.
