fuse for remote start?

need to disable to put my hyper-tech programmer in.

There is no fuse for it. If it is a GM factory unit it is part of the keyless entry system and programmed into the BCM. If it is an aftermarket unit then you would need to trace the wiring to determine how to disable it.
