Fuse for OBD2?

Looked for blown fuse inside and under hood, someone took the inside cover with fuse description and owner's manuals. No check engine lights on, tried to pull any codes, "no link" on scan tool, will have to get emissions soon.

Hi,

Wow, I see why you are having an issue. The powertrain management schematic is 12 pages long, and that's where I started looking.

As far as I can tell, you are looking for fuse 160 in the battery junction box. I attached a few pics below. In the last picture, I highlighted fuse 160. It is a 10-amp fuse.
