fuse diagram

tryed to start it the other day because it hasn't been started in awhile and didn't hear the fuel pump coming on.And I don't have a diagram on where the fuel pump fuse is.It is a 1981 cadillac sedan de ville 6.0 litre v8 6 4 motor

most likely has failed from non use or bad fuel.

check all fuses with a test light to verify power

I don't think it was bad fuel because it was bone dry,but could the fuel pump itself go bad from just sitting there, it has been sitting for almost two years and it ran when I parked it last,and I will use a test light on the fuses,maybe the pump froze up you think I put 3 gallons in it that should of been enough to pick it up don't you think?

yes it is. i think the pump has seized up as well. i would start with a new pump and filter.
