Hello, would it be possible to bypass a fuse that has no electrical contact with one that is works with a jumper cable with a fuse is for my cruise-control and rear defrost?

Not a good idea to do that. The TIPM is starting to fail. When they are made they use traces and wires intended to carry the load placed on them. Without knowing what the empty fused circuit was rated to handle you could connect it up and discover that turning on the defrost burns out the circuit feeding the power train computer. Or worse end up with a vehicle fire because of circuit overload.

Hello already try before receiving your answer I try with the wire in the photo send with the fuse directly on the battery but nothing worked disconnect this wire and put back as before I'll wait at spring and buy a tipm a scap and do the exchange is a better idea

Do you have a way to reprogram a used TIPM. Most need the info loaded into them so that all the options and OEM items work properly.
