Welcome to 2CarPros. About the only reason for that type of failure would be if the main buss bar fed from the battery has failed. Replacement of the power center is the best repair. To verify that is is the box and not the harness feeding the other items you may want to take a test light and check the fuses for power. If you have power at the fuses but the items still are not working then it could be the harness connector on the back of the fuse box.

Thank you for the response back and I'm sorry I forgot to mention that the fuse testing has already been done and none of the fuses show they are working expect the cigarette lighter which is a yellow 10 and cruise control also a yellow 10 that I recently replaced. It wasn't until my backup camera only displayed Check Entire Surrounding with a black screen that I check all other fuses because the fuse for the backup camera was good and realized that only some of the fuses in fuse box's in trunk wasn't working. When testing the fuse for camera there is no power to that whole section on fuses.

Hmm,

I cannot find the rear fuse panel you speak of, but I did the power source to the lighter, once we fix that the rest should come back here is a diagram that shows the fuse #12 20 amp (red) and power from the interior fuse module can you check with a test light to see if it has power and can you take a picture/video of the trunk fuse panel so I can see it?

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

The rear box is listed in the schematic info as the "interior power distribution center". In the service info it is the rear PDC. Basically a TIPM in the trunk with the battery. The catch on this car is that they didn't use an easily replaced unit. It is a hardwired unit without connector blocks. The replacement involves either removing most of the interior to replace the wiring harness or doing a wire by wire cut and splice to replace the PDC.
