Fuse box in trunk fuse 25 had direct short

What would cause a direct short to the PJB fuse?

which number is PJB fuse? It can be a wire grounding out or some other problem but need number to trace it. Check items in picture as well as wire shorting out. May be a bad relay or cigar lighter. Or look for change in cigar lighter.

Thanks got figured out. Is was the wire to the amp from the previous owner that is not in use anymore.
