Fuse 20 is in the Power Distribution Center under the hood. It is also for the power outlets. Here is a guide to help help test with the fuse panel diagrams below.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Four cylinder four wheel drive automatic 11,800 miles.

Radio and clock went out, came on again then out. Cleaned corrosion from positive battery terminal and radio and clock worked for a short time. I then pulled IOD fuse and re-inserted and radio worked for one day. Day later battery was drained. charged battery, but radio did not work until I pulled and reset IOD fuse. The fuse was not burned out. Radio went out for third time, clock going to 12:00, I pulled the IOD fuse again and now it works. I also tried to reset computer by disconnecting negative terminal for twenty minutes, radio is currently working. However, I am afraid it will soon fail again.

Is that fuse 13, 10 amp?

Have had one that had a bad ignition switch that fixed it. Have also read about a bad ground through steering column at pivot point for tilt steering wheel. The fix was to run alternate ground from dash frame to upper mounting plate for steering column. Is the horn out at the same time? Same ground.

You should check the fuses though just to be safe check for power on both sides. Here sia guide to help.

The IOD fuse is in the PDC, power distribution center, black box behind the air cleaner. It has a plastic cap over it which prevents it from being pulled all the way out. Mine is a 15 amp fuse, nothing except radio and clock seem to be involved.
