Fuse box, half my fuse under hood have no power with key on or off?

Jump started my truck with the vehicle listed above shut off. put new ECM in the vehicle, turns over but won't start. half my fuse under hood no power with key on or
off.

Hi,

I attached a pic of the under-hood fuse box below. Take a look at it and let me know which fuses or which half doesn't get power.

I also looked at the power distribution schematics. I need to check fuses that have no power to determine if there is a fuse upstream from them or if the box itself has failed.
