Fuse and relay locations and labels

I recently had to replace the radiator, radiator fans and a fuse for my van and the fan is currently wanting to run high. Where is the relay or fuse for it? And what are other suggestions why the fan may be running only high.

My first suspect is the relay itself is bad. I have attached two pictures to help you locate it. Try that and let me know if it fixed the problem.
