The number 11 is the 15A fuse that has three prongs it is for the power outlet I cannot find the fuse anywhere Can you aid me Thanks

I am not sure what you mean by three prongs but the # 11 power outlet fuse in is the fuse panel under the hood. Here are wiring diagrams and the fuse location with a guide to help you test the fuse.

Well, if you notice the number 11 fuse socket is longer that is why there are three prongs'. Prongs are the metal pieces the fit into openings in the sockets in the fuse box under the hood.

I see, the fuse acts as a connector for the other fuses in the fuse panel. If you cannot find the fuse it will be internal inside the TIPM. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
