Fuse #33 keeps blowing while driving in my Chrysler 200 which shuts the car down. I replaced the fuse a few times and put a new battery in. What should I do?

This fuses supplies power to the ASD main relay and radiator fan relays. Something along this fuse is faulty and shorting out the fuse. I would suggest starting with check on the radiator fans to see if any is bad.
