The truck will move in reverse and when shifted to Drive it acts as if it's in neutral. Put truck back to park and remove fuse#19 and put truck on drive and it moves forward sluggish. All fluids are fine. Thinking it may be a wiring issue. Noticed a pink wire under dash driver side not connected like it was cut, is that a transmissions control ignition wire or MAF/IAT wire.

Hello, so this fuse #19 in the under-hood fuse panel is labelled TRANS IGN 1 Fuse 19 15A, is that the correct fuse you're pulling at this point? There is a pink wire in the mix coming from that fuse, for the auto trans, The cut wire might be in some attempt to remedy this issue, you could try connecting it and see if it causes Fuse 19 to pop. At least that way you'll know that circuit is shorted to ground. It's possible that pulling the fuse now is putting the TCM in some default mode, allowing some transmission function, have you had the TCM scanned for any trouble codes yet? You may find with the fuse out that there are no communication with the TCM, that's what I'd be interested in seeing. I'll post the wiring diagrams for that circuit. The pink wire runs into a splice which in turn changes wire colors to pink/white.

I would have a full system scan done on the truck, to see which codes are stored in other modules, besides the engine computer. And write them all down and which modules they are stored in. If there's a short on that pink wire, we can start with that.
