More than likely this is combination switch that turns the high beams on and off but there is a chance that this is the headlamp switch or the headlamp control module.
So what we need to do is use a scan tool to monitor the control module output and the switch input. You should be able to view what the switch is telling the module and then clearly the module is telling the high beams to come on so if the switch is not commanding them on then the module is the issue. However, if the switch shows that they are turned on in the control module then the switch is the issue.
We don't have a manual on this specific vehicle as it is not offered in North America but I attached some pictures and info on like models.
If you don't have access to a scan tool that can do this, then we are going to need to test voltage coming out of the switch.
