A garage has fitted a diesel fuel uplift pump to my petrol car. Now the car makes a horrible noise has lost power and dumped two liters of oil somewhere. Is this even possible to do? And what do I need to say to them to fix it ?
Many thanks.

I would be getting them to fit the correct fuel pump. if indeed you can fit a diesel fuel pump the pressures would probably be different. as for the oil loss, it can only burn oil or lose it externally. do you have any external leaks?
