I would just like to know if I can run, Petroleum diesel in the truck listed above that calls for bio-diesel and what it would harm if anything?

Good morning,

Yes, you can run regular diesel. There will be no repercussions.

If you tried to go the other way, that is, use bio diesel in an engine that calls for standard diesel, then yes, components could be damaged.
