My check engine light was on for fuel to lean. The mass airflow sensor got changed and it worked a little better then acted up again. Fuel pump got changed and now the car won’t turn on but you hear the fuel pump turn on and gas was coming out of it.

IT sounds like the fuel pump is defective due to low pressure. When you say the car will not turn on, do you mean the engine will not crank over? (starter), or there is no lights coming on, or the engine cranks over but does not start and run? Please go over this video to help us see what going on.

This guide will help you see what can cause the elan mixture:

Can I ask of the exhaust system is leaking when the engine is running? If so this will be the problem for the lean codes. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see the problem? that way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Also, what are the code numbers?
