Hello, there is actually a technical service bulletin on this problem. The reason you're probably getting the code for circuit A is that looks like the ground wire for the sensor. If that wire is broken, the voltage that the ECM is seeing is a high voltage reading. So it's probably shutting down because the ECM is thinking the temperature has maxed out. Since it's a service bulletin, you might try having the dealership fix this for no or very low charge. It's worth trying. There's an updated part to stop this from happening. The sensor is supposed to be inside the gas tank from service information.
