fuel tank noise

Car is running fine but distinct noise like soft knocking or hard gurgling come from fuel tank area. noise is distinctive and was never had before. very distinctive heard sitting in seats behind driver seat. video is with phone camera laying on carpet between seats above fuel tank.

It sounds like the fuel pump is making the noise. See if you can hear it with the key on and engine off. The moment when the fuel pump engages. But likely the fuel pump either has bad internals that making the noise or it could be little loose on the bracket and vibrates when its operational.
