Fuel tank fill problem. I've replaced fill neck and hoses, the vapor switch, both charcoal canisters. Still problem. Any suggestions?

That usually indicates a problem with the fuel tank vent valve. It is made as part of the fuel tank itself and is replaced with the tank. They can get sticky with modern fuels and they block part of the vent so you cannot add fuel very fast. The only way to test if they are the blockage is to drop the fuel tank, remove the vent line and see if the valve is stuck.
