I have a 1995 Ford F150 4.9L engine. it will start and run for 30 seconds to 1 minute then shut off like it loses power to engine. When it dies the fuel pump, fuel pump relay and an injector begin clicking/pulsing continously. It does the same whether on the front or rear tank. I have replaced the coolant temp sender (gauge still doesn't work), and the ignition control module as well as cleaned the oil soaked electrical plug from the distributor.

These trucks had big problems with the switching valve which is under the truck on the driver side frame rail. If that is okay or is new,

1. Replace EEC - PCM power relay (100% do this first)
($10, fixes the clicking almost every time)

2. Replace Fuel Pump Relay
(sitting right next to it, cheap)

3. Clean/restore PCM grounds
Left fender apron
Core support
Battery-to-fender
Battery-to-block
Block-to-firewall strap

Here is the location of the fuel switching valve and the EEC relay (PCM) which I will email you as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
