fuel pump doesn't pump up to engine. changed fuel pump, and relay.

Which model do you have? DX, GX, HX, etc.
Most are the same but I just want to make sure. Below is a wiring diagram that shows how the pump works. You actually have two relays that feed the pump. So if the pump is not turning on the we need to check for power on terminal 5 of relay 2. If you have no power there, then we need to check relay 1. Take a look at the info attached and we can go from there. Thanks
