i seem to notice fuel leaking from the rear and i looked under and it coming from the fuel tank. what needs to be replaced after dropping the tank on a2007 chevy equinox.

please reply cause its my elderly folks vehicle and its dangerous to operate vehicle with a fuel leak.

IS it your fuel filter leaking? Your vehicle is new enough that you have a plastic tank. I would get it to a dealer, they should be doing something for you if you are out of warranty, as again you should not have to deal with a fuel leak unless your filter is leaking which means it could be plugged.

Do you have fuel pump replacement instructions? I know my fuel pump is bad and want to do this myself if possible.
