Okay, my van listed above is a Sport 3.3 L flex fuel. I had a fuel leak from the dampener on the fuel rail, so I purchased a fuel rail and I had to purchase one injector because I broke the little cap on the end and it's not replaceable, but I replaced the fuel rail and put everything back together it ran for a little bit took it for a little drive and when I was almost back to the house there was like I heard like a little tink sound and then it tried to shut off. I got it back into the driveway and now it will only crank and start but shuts off after starting like it's not getting fuel. I'm not sure where to start or what to do in order to figure out what's causing this problem. I can hear the fuel pump when you turn the key does everything but stays running. I forgot to hook up the sensor that runs through the breather and I've replaced the PCV valve as well because it was broke off in the hose to the intake manifold.

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak, but we should run the codes to see what comes up.
