Fuel supply and recharge system malfunction?

Fuel is not being supplied, and the vehicle is refusing to start.

Hi,

Do you hear the fuel pump prime? How was fuel pressure tested?

As far as the fuel system, the pump gets power from what is called the circuit open relay. However, a ground path has to be provided by the fuel pump control module.

If you can, check to see if there is power to the yellow wire at the fuel pump when the key is first turned on. See wiring schematic below. If there is power, check if the black wire with a white tracer provides a ground when the key is first turned on.
