Fuel rail connector removal

Fuel line connector connects to the fuel rail cannot get it off. It is not a clip the bottom piece turns top piece cannot get it to disengage.

Where is I cannot see where it splits apart the bottom part spins in a circle the number is j GR on the fitting probably just manufacturer. Send the pictures who would you think. Thank you for your help. Truck has been sitting a ring must got gas stop leaking still need to know how to take it off. Please

Is that the fuel line or the PCV valve?
