Stalls while driving and then won't start. Fuel pump?

Hello,
So, when you try to start it, what does it do? Just cranks but not start.
It could be a bad fuel pump. But you will first need to check to see if you are getting fuel to the engine. Is this a carbureted or fuel injected engine?
On this year they had both mechanical and electric fuel pumps.
If it is an electric fuel pump, you should hear the pump kick on when the key is in the on position.
Also, if you do not have spark, it won't start the engine either.
Please let me know a little more details of what you have been experiencing.
