Could I possibly get a Fuel Pump Troubleshooting Flowchart for the vehicle listed above S, four cylinder, automatic?

There are a number of things that you have to check for a fuel pump and to start that is the fuel pressure. Here is a guide that will help with doing that:

Then I attached below the process on how to check the electrical side of the pump as well. I included the wiring diagram for this as well.
