I have a question, will a bad throttle body cause a car to crank but not start?

I have a check engine light referring to the throttle body and gas pedal. I have codes P1125, P2125, P2138.

No. These codes are for the as you stated, APP 1 and 2 and they will not cause a no start. I attached the diagram for them in case you need that as well. Thanks
