The truck will crank but it won't start. Check the fuse already for the fuel pump. The fuel pump seems like it's humming only after you cut the key back off. It does not make a sound before you cut the key on. I'm not getting any pressure to blow off valve from under the hood. Where is the relay located and will it be anything else?
