So, I'm looking for the wire that connects the fuel pump relay to my car's computer (ECM). I referred to the service manual and from there I was able to find the location of the pin on the ECM connector. Furthermore, I was able to find the two connectors that connect with my ECM relay box where apparently the fuse is located.

The problem is that no actual fuel pump relay is visible. Only the 15A fuse for the fuel pump is visible. I don't need the fuse I need the relay and that specific wire from that relay that connects to the ECM.

How can I find that wire?

The fuel pump relay is part of the Engine Management System box (EMS). To replace the relay, you replace the box. Testing it shouldn't be hard though as you already know where the ECM connections are. Go to the fuse box and find the pink wire at pin 2 of the EMS box, which is the relay output to the pump. Apply power and if the pump runs that circuit is okay, the relay control wire is a Gray with black stripe wire that comes to terminal 12 of the EMS box. That wire should become a ground when the ECM turns the pump on for prime and runs. There is a brown jumper wire that connects pins 10 and 6 that is outside the box, it carries power for the relay from the main relay through the injector fuse. If that fuse is good, there should be power at pin 10. Attached are the schematics and the connector pinouts.

Thank you so much for that answer. You defiantly answered a lot of the questions I had and the diagrams you sent are really good.

The only real question I have left is Which wire according to your diagrams connect the car's computer to the fuel pump relay?

That would be "the relay control wire is a gray with black stripe wire that comes to terminal 12 of the EMS box" It applies a ground signal to turn the relay on.
