Where is the fuel pump relay located?

I’m trying to see if my fuel pump relay needs to be changed. Just changed the fuel pump and the car still won’t start. It cranks, but doesn’t turn over.

Yep, the fuel pump relay can cause this. I would have a helper crank the engine over so you can test the green wire which powers the fuel pump. This guide can help, you will need to break into the wiring harness back at the fuel tank.

So, the fuel pump relay is integrated into the IPDM and is not serviceable without taking the IPDM a part or replacing it. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
