No fuel pressure after replacing the fuel pump

Just replaced original fuel pump and now I have no fuel pressure.

Can you hear the pump running in the tank when you turn the key on without cranking the engine over? Also, did you use an AC Delco pump? It could be the fuel pump relay which is what I would check next here is a guide and the location of the relay in the diagrams below.
