Is there a security shut off to the fuel pump? Where is the relay switch on the truck? Could the fuse cause fuel pump to go out? Truck started and ran couple times after replacing fuel filter. Then quit and will not start. Replaced battery too.

Good morning.

There is a fuse and a relay that control the operation of the fuel pump.

Can you hear it run when turn on the key?

I attached a diagram for you to view. Check the fuse listed for battery voltage with the key on for power on both sides.
