Fuel pump not working?

I put a new fuel pump and check all relay, and fuses are good still the pump not coming on.

Do you have power at the #5 fuse in the fuse panel under the hood, this guide can help:

This fuse is what powers the fuel pump relay and fuel pump. Here is the fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Also, there is an inertia switch I would reset as well which acts as a safety device when in an accident. Here is the location for that as well. Check out the images (below).
