The after market fuel pump has three ports on it. Only two of them are necessary. The extra one has suddenly begun to spray gas out of it. The car still runs fine. What is going on?

Three line pumps were used on cars equipped with A/C. There is a line in from the tank, a line up to the carburetor and the third line is for fuel return to the tank, it is there to keep fuel moving due to the increased heat from the A/C system. It sounds like you have a line that came off of the return line fitting.
