There is no power going the Fuel pump?

I'm getting no power to fuel the fuel pump. I've checked all the fuses and relays, and all are good. I replaced the fuel pump, and fuel pressure regulator. Still no power to the pump. Does anyone have an idea?

We need to check for power at the ECM B fuse 20 amp (#30). It is located under the hood in the PDC. This guide should help, and I have included the fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
