C1: No start
C2: Fuel pump incomplete.
_power from box and relay good.
_ no noise from tank.
C3: Replace pump.
Q1: Is tank accessible from under back seat?
Q2: Is there a test port anywhere as I do not have any inline adapters?

Hi, I am Danny.

Sounds like you are having trouble with the in-tank fuel pump. Sounds like you have tested the relay and are getting power. I have attached a few links for your reference. Yes, there is access under the rear seats so you do not have to remove tank from vehicle. Normal in-tank pump pressure for your car is 49-50 PSI. Most vehicles have a Schrader valve located on the fuel rail to check pressures. If car will not start, cranking engine will show pressure if working. Most auto part stores have tool loaner programs so you might be able to rent a fuel pressure tester.
