The truck keeps blowing fuel pump fuses. When I try to start it when it is not parked at the level, when the truck is park level it starts fine, but when it is on a slope the fuse blows when I turn the key. Any idea?

I only see two things that that fuse feeds, the fuel pump relay and the PCM. Remove the fuel pump relay, the next time you are on a slope and see if the fuse blows again or not.
If not, at least try a new relay.
Let me know either way what happens.
Does this have dual gas tanks?
If so and if the fuse stops blowing when you remove that first relay but the new relay did not help, try removing that secondary fuel pump relay and see what happens then.
I was originally thinking maybe the tank was near empty and when on a slope that since the gasoline helps to keep the fuel pump cool, that maybe just maybe the fuel pump was overheating and blowing the fuse.
