Hello, you tried starting fluid and it didn't try to start? Is that what you're saying?
If that's the case you need to check for spark, the coil packs are on the back of the engine, on top of the valve cover. It's a waste spark system so 1 ignition coil fires 2 spark plugs. And because of this you can remove the 2 spark plug wires from one coil and crank the engine over. The spark should jump from one coil tower to the next with no problem. I will post diagrams showing how to remove the spark plug wires.
The 4th diagram is the Ignition Coil Pack. Each circle is one coil with 2 towers. Spark should jump between those 2 towers while cranking the engine. Just keep your hands away, you don't want to get a shock from one of these.
