Where is the fuel pump driver module located on the vehicle listed above?

Sure, they call the fuel pump driver module a "fuel pump flow control module" which is located at the rear of the vehicle on the passenger side behind the rear fender well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
