I purchased a new fuel pump and installed it. It ran fine for 4 days or so then it began to cut out extremely bad on the highway and was sheer luck If it even started for me half of the time. It’s a brand-new pump but also in the fuse compartment under my hood, the 20 MPH fuse for the fuel pump has zero power in the port it goes into now. Where should I start?
Thank you

The fuel pump fuse #20 gets it power from the fuel pump relay which I would swap out to see if it fixes it. Here is the location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

I tried swapping out the relay with the others that are the same in box and fuel pump still does not kick on when I turn the key. When my truck does attempt to start it immediately shuts off from lack of fuel.

If you jump the relay does the fuel pump turn on? Terminal 30 and 87, if not check for power at both 30 and 87 and if the pump does not run you have defective pump or a bad connection at the pump. Please let me know, this guide can help:
