Fuel Pump does not come on

Car had been running just fine. Went to pick up daughter from school and when I came out to start the car it would not start. Just made rrrrr rrrr rrrr noise. Noticed that I did not hear the fuel pump kick on. Cranks but does not turn over. When you turn the key on, the fuel pump does not kick on (whrrr). The fuel gage works and moves over to the 3/4 mark where I had gas.

I checked the fuel pump electrical connector under the back seat with a tester and the fuel level gage does work and the post has juice (lights up) at the connector. Fuel pump positive feed post and fuel pump ground post does NOT light up with tester. I also checked fuel pump fuse and automatic shutdown relay and fuel pump relays. Fuses are good. Relays terminal #30 lights up on tester, terminal #86 has voltage with the ignition key in the "on" position. Checked ignition coil, electrical connector, and center terminal and the tester lights up (does not blink. Just stays lit up). Checked cam shaft and crank shaft sensors at electrical connectors for supply voltage at the orange/white wire post and tester lights up.

Everything seems to check out or works except no juice at the electrical connector for the fuel pump and therefore the fuel pump is not kicking on at all.

Do I need to get the powertrain control module checked or could that be the problem even though everything else is good?

Don't want to get a new computer if that is not the problem. Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks so much!

Read it wrong sorry check where I've pointed to in pic to see if it's getting signal from ecm. If not check connections at ecm. It should be a a 5 volt signal
