Where is the Fuel pump and sender located?

Fuel sending unit not working gas gauge stuck on half full.

Hello,

Does the gas gauge show empty when ignition is off?

The in-tank fuel pump is accessible from under the rear bench seat.

1.
Release the residual pressure in fuel line.
2.
Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
3.
Remove the rear seat.
4.
Remove the fuel pump service cover (A). See image 1
5.
Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A). See image 2
6.
Disconnect the fuel feed tube quick connector (B). see image 2
7.
Remove the plate cover (C) by using the special service tool [SST No.: 09310-3P100 or 09310-2S100], see image 3. A large head flat screwdriver can also be used to knock the retainer loose. Remove the fuel pump from the fuel tank. see image 4

Assemble in reverse order.
